What we collect

Our contact form collects your name, email, message, and any order number you provide. When ordering is available, checkout collects the information needed for payment and delivery. Stripe processes payment details; our store does not receive your full card number.

How we use and share it

We use information to answer requests, process orders, arrange delivery, and prevent misuse. Vercel hosts the site, Convex stores order and support records, and Stripe processes payments. Fulfillment suppliers receive the details needed to ship an order. We do not sell customer information.

Storage and security

Your browser stores your cart and theme preference. Owner access uses an expiring session cookie. Hosting services may record technical request information. Our contact form uses a daily hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions rather than storing your raw IP address in the support inbox.

Order and support records are kept as needed to handle requests, operate the business, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Access to the owner inbox and order records is restricted.

Questions or requests

Contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for legal or transaction purposes. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or identity documents through the contact form.
